IBTRADE works with Peregrine Financial Group, Inc. (PFGBEST) to create powerful offering for Forex and Futures traders, combining the trading strength and experience of PFGBEST with the market expertise of IBTRADE.

IBTRADE is DBA of ForexTVManagement, LLC, an Introducing Broker guaranteed by PFGBEST. The Company was founded in 2010 by an eighteen year veteran of the Financial Information and Foreign Exchange markets. The Company's focus is to provide trading and analysis resources for its clients trading in the Forex markets.

ForexTVManagement, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of State of New York on April 23, 2010. The Company has been registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Guaranteed Introducing Broker since December 2010 and a Member of the National Futures Association (NFA) since June 2, 2010. The Company is also registered as a Forex Firm.

Our goal is to identify and aggregate technical and fundamental information about the global currency markets that, in our opinion has the most significant impact on price action. We gather this information from various sources and in some cases contract with third parties to gain access to proprietary research for our clients.

MANAGEMENT

Mr. Kelly is an eighteen year veteran of the Financial Markets Industry. He is the founding member and General Partner of ForexTVManagement, LLC. Mr. Kelly is the principal of the company with the NFA since June 2, 2010 and is registered as an NFA Associated Person of the company since June 2, 2010.

Mr. Kelly started his career at Bloomberg Financial Markets where he spent five years. While at Bloomberg he created Bloomberg Personal Magazine and ran the business operations for the publication.

Mr. Kelly also spent five years at Bloomberg competitor, Bridge Information Systems where he was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, covering 65 offices in 30 countries. BRIDGE maintained over 80,000 institutional financial clients worldwide.

Mr. Kelly was formerly the Chairman, President & CEO of OANDA Corporation and later headed development for several trading system projects. He is also the Founder and former CEO of ForexTV.com.
